All content in the Service, including calculations, searches, compilations, assessments, lookups, translations and AI-assisted suggestions, is provided as indicative information and decision support only. It does not constitute a binding offer, warranty, official decision or official confirmation.

Final taxes, customs, registration, classification, type approval, inspection, approval and other public assessments are determined by the competent authority in the relevant country. Importkalk cannot bind or override those decisions.

The Service may use external data sources, registries, search services and AI services. Even where those sources are authoritative or originate from official registries, we do not guarantee that the information is complete, current or suitable for your specific purpose.
Where structured sources are missing or incomplete, the Service may use search or AI-based services to suggest, supplement, structure, translate or normalise information. Those results may be inaccurate and must be verified before use in important decisions.
Third-party providers' terms, licences, policies and privacy notices continue to apply when their data or services are used through us.
5. Availability outside our control
Availability, response times, errors, rate limits, maintenance, changes and outages in external APIs, registries, search services and AI services are outside our control. We do not guarantee continuous or uninterrupted access to those sources.
6. User responsibility and limitations
You are responsible for how you use information from the Service. Critical information should always be verified against official or primary sources before you enter into agreements, purchase vehicles, seek approvals, register vehicles, calculate final costs or make other important decisions.
To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for losses caused by:
- errors or inaccuracies in calculations or lookups,
- decisions made on the basis of the Service without necessary verification,
- errors or deficiencies in third-party data or third-party services,
- interruptions, downtime or changes outside our reasonable control.
This disclaimer does not limit any rights or liabilities that cannot lawfully be limited or excluded.
