Payments are normally handled by a third-party payment provider, such as Stripe. We do not store full card details.
From your account page you can normally:
- View and manage your subscription
- Update your payment method
- Download receipts or invoices where available
- Cancel your subscription

Withdrawal rights and your rights
If you are a consumer and purchase the Service at a distance, you will normally have a 14-day right of withdrawal unless a statutory exception applies. Please see the Terms of Use for further details.
You may request access, rectification, erasure or exercise other rights under data protection law by contacting us at contact@importcalc.com. Please see the Privacy Policy for further details.
Complaint bodies
If you are a consumer and are not satisfied with how we handled your complaint, you can take it further. Because Importcalc is established in Norway, the Norwegian Consumer Authority (Forbrukertilsynet) can mediate between us. For the kinds of disputes the Consumer Disputes Commission (Forbrukerklageutvalget) covers, such as those about your right of withdrawal, it can then decide the case. Both charge a case fee, which is not refunded. For more information, see forbrukertilsynet.no and forbrukerklageutvalget.no.
If you live outside Norway, your European Consumer Centre can help you free of charge with a complaint against a company in another EU/EEA country: European Consumer Centre Ireland.
This does not affect your rights under the law of the country where you live.

If you find errors in calculations, lookups, source references or functionality, please let us know at contact@importcalc.com. It helps if you describe what happened, when it happened, and which account, vehicle or lookup was involved if relevant.
